DojoExpert Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the rules governing the use of the DojoExpert platform operated by Link Lab j.d.o.o.

All Customers and End Users are expected to use the Service responsibly, lawfully and in a manner that respects the rights of other users.

1. Purpose

This Policy helps protect the security, availability and integrity of the DojoExpert platform and all Customer Data processed through the Service.

2. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. Users are solely responsible for the legality of the information they store, process or distribute using DojoExpert.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Service to:

• Access systems or information without authorisation.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the Service.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious software.
• Perform denial-of-service or similar disruptive activities.
• Attempt to scan, probe or test the security of the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code of the Service, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Circumvent technical restrictions or usage limits implemented by Link Lab.

4. Content

Users may not use the Service to store or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable laws.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Contains fraudulent or deceptive information.
• Promotes illegal activities.
• Violates the privacy or rights of third parties.

5. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Customers should promptly notify Link Lab if they become aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of their account.

Users must not share account credentials with persons who are not authorised to access the Service.

Users may not use bots, crawlers, scraping tools or automated methods to extract data from the Service except where explicitly authorised by Link Lab.

6. Fair Use

Customers must use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.

Activities that unreasonably consume shared platform resources or negatively affect other Customers may result in operational restrictions.

7. Security Research

Security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or similar activities may only be performed with Link Lab's prior written consent.

8. Enforcement

Where Link Lab reasonably believes that this Policy has been violated, Link Lab may take appropriate action, including:

• Requesting corrective action.
• Temporarily restricting access.
• Suspending affected accounts.
• Removing unlawful content where legally required.
• Terminating the Service for serious or repeated violations.

Where appropriate, Link Lab will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer before taking action. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect the security, availability or integrity of the Service or to comply with legal obligations.

Suspected abuse, security concerns or violations of this Policy may be reported to:

10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on the DojoExpert website.
