DojoExpert is a cloud-based platform for sports clubs, associations, schools and other organisations. This Trust Center provides central access to documentation describing how we protect Customer Data, manage privacy obligations and govern use of the Service.
DojoExpert is proprietary software developed and owned by Link Lab j.d.o.o., Croatia.
Depending on the Customer's location and subscription, the DojoExpert Service may be provided under licence by either Link Lab j.d.o.o., Croatia, or Link Lab Information Technologies Limited, Ireland.
The applicable contracting entity is identified on the Customer's subscription confirmation or invoice.

Cloud Infrastructure
DojoExpert uses Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud SQL and selected third-party cloud services to deliver the Service.
Encryption
Production traffic is protected using HTTPS/TLS, while cloud infrastructure provides managed encryption at rest.
Access Control
Role-based permissions and restricted administrative access are used to limit access to systems and Customer Data.
Backups
Daily backups are maintained through Google Cloud with an approximate retention period of three months.
Monitoring
Production services are monitored using operational and availability-monitoring tools, including Site24x7.
Infrastructure Authentication
Multi-factor authentication is enabled for access to critical third-party infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform, Stripe and GoCardless.
